| “We were the first people to buy a property from Wise Move Homes. We went to Turkey under our own steam to look at properties, one of which was the site of Diamond Villas, and the other properties that were already built villas, in the Bodrum area. We decided that the Diamond Villa project was for us and didn`t bother with Bodrum. Having made the decision, buying the house was unbelievably simple compared with the UK. Approximately four hours as I recall. A visit to the Notary to confirm our identities for the Turkish Army to check our credentials, (this is for the issue of the Tapu which can take months), in the presence of an English speaking lawyer who was also present to translate later, when we then went to a Turkish solicitor to complete the deal and pay the deposit. So from a muddy site to, a year later, a villa by the sea, Neil, and his partners Ali and Yalcin, have always been available and helpful and even though they have expanded since, any problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wise Move homes for buying your property, particularly when you hear of problems people have had with other builders” |

| “We purchased our property on the Diamond Villa complex from Wise Move Homes in October 2006. We were very nervous about buying a property abroad but everything went very smoothly thanks to the help of Wise Move Homes. They arranged everything for us just as they had promised and took us through all the legal process with very little stress. We went to view the villa with Neil Carr who showed us around the area giving us details of where everything was and full details of the villa. To be honest the villa sold itself to us. It is in a beautiful location and the finish of it is wonderful. If we had any queries about any aspect of the purchase we just picked up the phone and spoke to Neil and he explained everything to us. Once the purchase was finalised we flew back to Turkey to furnish the villa. We were met again at the airport by Neil. The next day he arranged for us to be taken around the local shops to furnish the property . This took some time as it is a very big villa and at no time did we feel rushed. It was a really enjoyable time and we were amazed at how quickly the furniture arrived. We did have a few snagging problems as with any new property, however we passed a list to Neil and these were sorted out very quickly. We have been so pleased with the aftercare service that Neil Carr and Wise Move Homes have provided. They have sorted out our airport transfers and also arrange for the villa to be cleaned when we leave. The up-keep of the common areas is very good and the pool is always very clean. The kids love it! As a family we have been so pleased with our purchase and are looking forward to many more years relaxing in the sunshine. | “We bought in Turkey as a result of a friend telling us about the Apollon Holiday Village, we arranged to go and visit the location with some friends (who incidentally all bought there too). The service we received both during and after our visit was superb, I went over after we had bought the first apartment and was taken by the Wise Move Homes staff to various shops to look for furniture. The result of this was unbelievable, within one morning all furniture was chosen. Everything needed to furnish the apartment was bought from curtains and bedding to kitchen utensils, the furniture was delivered and fitted by the same evening. The cost was very, very reasonable and with Wise Move Homes i do not think we could have done it. We cannot say enough good things about Neil and his team and would recommend them to anyone.” | |

| “We first came to Apollon holiday village for a rain free family holiday in August 2009 finding the apartment on a website. We had no intention of buying an apartment and chose Apollon because there was things for the kids to do and it was out of town for some peace and quiet, but close enough when we wanted a change of pace.We were very impressed with the quality and finish in the apartment on phase 2 we rented. Whilst having a drink one day, I got chatting to Warren and I asked if the apartments were selling well, just being nosey really. He came back and gave us a brochure and price list. We were amazed at the value for money and how affordable…”why not?” we thought.We couldn’t believe how easy the procedure was, all the hassle being taken out of the experience by the Apollon management. We were told in March 2010 that our apartment was ready and visited that April to buy our furniture. Despite some of phase 3 still being a building site our apartment was finished and to a very high standard with a snags list of 5 items, which we thought was amazing for a brand new apartment. It was difficult to find those 5 items that needed attention as they were so minor.Shopping for furniture was also an easy and surprisingly enjoyable process, Neil drove us into Altinkum and introduced us to a trustworthy furniture shop manager that was giving other Apollon owners value for money. We are now looking forward to many happy holidays for us, our family and friends.” | |

| “When we first considered purchasing a property abroad we went with the traditional route of Spain, but after spending time researching property and living costs we found this out of range. Turkeyhappened by chance and we came across the Apollon Holiday Village and were blown away from the first image we came across. We arranged to visit in August 2009 and also some other complexes, Apollon was first on our list and nothing else was visited, such was the service from the team on our visit to the quality of Phase 1 & 2 and the promises for Phase 3 that we arrived at 11 am and were signed & sealed by 3.30pm and very happy. No hard sell the complex sold it’s self.Warren & Neil were very accommodating to our financial situation and every stage of payment went through smoothly with no pressure or pestering phone calls chasing for the payments. All the way from the start of purchase to handing over our keys we were informed with regular progress updates and photographs, and even now with keys in hand and work continuing on the remainder of Phase 3 we still receive regular updates. All our questions were answered with prompt responses and the answer satisfied the question. We were so pleased with our apartment that we are now in the process of looking towards a second propertyon the complex and would recommend them with no hesitation.Nothing is ever any trouble for them, all the staff work hard are pleasant and make the Village a place you want to go back to time and time again. With all the horror stories of property buying abroad you may worry but with Wise Move Homes you can actually have one of these very rare dream propertypurchases abroad. The continuous involvement from Neil & Warren even after the development is complete is a warm welcome that eases the worry of having to find “Property Management”.Please take the time if you are interested to visit and talk to anyone the only negative you may hear is that it’s too hot!!!
