When you have decided which property you would like to purchase a reservation fee of £500.00 is payable. This fee allows the property to be taken off the market for a period of 1 month to allow you to come out to Turkey and visit the property, before making your final decision.
If after 1 month you have not visited the property or cannot confirm any flight booking the £500.00 deposit will be returned and the property will be put back on the market for sale.
When you visit Turkey and confirm your intention to buy a confirmation fee of £2,000 is required. You must now decide which payment option you wish to take, ask us about our discount payment scheme.
You will then be required to go before the notary, with a legal translator, a solicitor will be appointed and this will start the process of applying for the Aegean Army checks.
If these checks have a negative result the seller must legally declare his expenses and return the remainder to the buyer.

The term “completed” means all fixtures, fittings and decoration are complete and that it has electric and running water. Work may still be going on to other properties and some external works.

Plus 3% of the property purchase price (buyer tax).
There will also be annual service charge of £380.00 which provides the owner with security patrol and pool and grounds maintenance.
