A visit to the Notary to confirm our identities for the Turkish Army to check our credentials, (this is for the issue of the Tapu which can take months), in the presence of an English speaking lawyer who was also present to translate later, when we then went to a Turkish solicitor to complete the deal and pay the deposit. So from a muddy site to, a year later, a villa by the sea, Neil, and his partners Ali and Yalcin, have always been available and helpful and even though they have expanded since, any problem is dealt with quickly and efficiently. “We first came to Apollon holiday village for a rain free family holiday in August 2009 finding the apartment on a website. We had no intention of buying an apartment and chose Apollon because there was things for the kids to do and it was out of town for some peace and quiet, but close enough when we wanted a change of pace. Whilst having a drink one day, I got chatting to Warren and I asked if the apartments were selling well, just being nosey really. He came back and gave us a brochure and price list. It was difficult to find those 5 items that needed attention as they were so minor. “When we first considered purchasing a property abroad we went with the traditional route of Spain, but after spending time researching property and living costs we found this out of range. Turkey happened by chance and we came across the Apollon Holiday Village and were blown away from the first image we came across. We arranged to visit in August 2009 and also some other complexes, Apollon was first on our list and nothing else was visited, such was the service from the team on our visit to the quality of Phase 1 & 2 and the promises for Phase 3 that we arrived at 11 am and were signed & sealed by 3.30pm and very happy. Warren & Neil were very accommodating to our financial situation and every stage of payment went through smoothly with no pressure or pestering phone calls chasing for the payments. Setting up your home
Once you have purchased your home, We at Wise Move Homes can assist you in the furnishing of your home. We will negotiate the best possible prices on your behalf, for your furniture and soft furnishings. We will also arrange for someone to be present whilst your furniture is being delivered, if you are not available. We will oversee the electricity and water hook up, and pay any outstanding fees on your behalf in your absence. We will be readily available to provide information for you at any stage of your purchases, moving in and also once you have settled into your property.

Property Management
A property management service is the ideal way of guaranteeing that your home is cared for whilst you are elsewhere, giving you complete peace of mind. Our policy is designed so that our clients receive as much help as they request, ensuring their property is as they would wish to find it on their return.

Property Checks
Whilst you are away, we will visit your property and check that everything is in order and report back, via email or telephone. Property checks are carried out on request.

Cleaning Your Home
To avoid the hassle of having to clean your property on the first day back – opt for the home cleaning service.

Property Restoration & Technical Service
Wise Move Homes is able to help with and project manage the restoration or renovation of your property, using our team of highly skilled and reliable craftsmen. The services we offer include building, plastering, roofing, coving, painting, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing and electrical work. We can also help source high quality, good value materials to ensure that you are more than satisfied with the end result. Regular updates on work progress are part of our service so that you remain in control of the work.

We have several vehicles for airport transfers at competitive prices to take you to your destination from either Bodrum or Izmir airports.

Car Rental

Wise Move Homes have a fleet of vehicles to hire, giving you the freedom to travel around the area and discover new places.
We have for hire 2 types of vehicle; Renault Clio Symbol (Saloon) and Fiat Dobilo. You can hire the car for only 1 day if needed to allow for a day out or shopping expedition. Rentals of 7 days or more will benefit from reduced cost transfers. Please read terms and conditions for these reduced rates.
You can book your car hire in advance or you can enquire at the reception allowing 1 days notice.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DRIVING LICENSE AND AGE
Valid national or international driver’s license held at least two years and drivers must be minimum 23 years of age. A copy of your license is needed before the rental begins.
RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental is 24 hours. Any rental period less than 24 hours also requires a whole day rate.
TYPES OF RENTAL AND RATES
Unlimited km. daily rates apply. No additional charge per km. special rates and conditions apply for long term periods (minimum rental of 1 month). Rates are inclusive of oil, maintenance, third party insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Insurance, Airport Fees, 24 hours Road Assistance, Local taxes, 18% V.A.T., exclusive of gasoline.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made at the start of the rental including any additional insurance, payments are to be in cash in Turkish Lira or Sterling at the exchange rate at the time the hire begins.
INSURANCE
Rates include Third Party Insurance (up to legal limits), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, Insurance (CDW) does not cover windscreen and headlight breakage, type punctures and theft of spare tyre. This can be waived by buying optional HTW (Headlights, Tyres, Windscreen) insurance for groups; for 1 to 7 days at 8 Liras per day for 8 days and over at 7 Liras per day. However, collision damage waiver is void if driver is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, had passed the legal speed limits, the traffic report is not obtained from the police, damaged car and traffic report not returned to the nearest office in 48 hours. Insurance also does not cover the damages due to the misuse of the car and damages caused by gross negligence. Exceptions to CDW insurance: Antenna, trays, damage to car lock, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, mirrors, glass, wheels, tyres, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to the upholstery of the car, extreme dirtiness in the car, underside damage, damage due to negligence, tyres punctures and burst tyres, fuel errors, damage4 to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turn off electrical devices.
If the car/cars are stolen the car keys not returned to nearest office, the customer may be responsible for paying rental fee up to the date the car/cars founded (where applicable). This limit is only 30 days. If the car/cars are not founded at the end of this limit, the client does not pay any rental fee for further days when CDW is bought and police is informed at the time of the theft.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers must register at the start of rental, otherwise insurance becomes void. Fee for each additional driver is for 1 to 7 days at 5 Liras per day for 8 days and over at 3 Liras per day.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All vehicles are to be collected at 09.30 am onwards on the first day of hire and are to be returned by 09.00 am on the final day. Diamond Villa customers will be collected and returned. Customers who hire a vehicle for 7 days or more will receive discounted return airport transfers of 12 Liras per person from Bodrum Airport or 17 Liras from Izmir (up to a maximum of 4 people , for each additional person normal rates will apply).
DELAYED RETURN
For each hour the charge is 1/3 of total bill. If it is more than 3 hours then it will be counted as an extra day.
TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations incurred during the rental period must be paid by renter.
OFF BORDER
There is no off border rental available and our cars cannot be taken abroad.
NOTES
This service is being offered by Wise Move Homes, part of Aykar Holding. Wise Move Homes reserve the right to refuse persons applying for our service or withdraw the service without prior notice. All rates are correct at time of publication. Changes will be notified at time of booking.

Viewing Properties

We aim to make your visit both informative and relaxing, we do not believe in a pressurised sales environment.
On your arrival Warren our sales advisor will be with the driver and will accompany you to your apartment at the Apollon Holiday Village. You will be given a guest pass for the restaurant; this gives you your breakfast and evening meal plus your first drink free. Please make sure you bring your own towels as we do not provide these.

We begin with an informal chat in our reception and a quick orientation exercise. We will visit your property/location and dependant on build stage a similar completed property.
We will hop in the car and take you for a drive showing you the general area including the beaches, Aqua park, Temple of Apollo and then into the main town, showing you the shops, bars and restaurants.

After this we will visit our Head Office to answer any questions that you may have and any points that we have not covered.
We will then return to the Apollon Holiday Village and inform you of the latest day and time that we need to know your final decision, enabling you to discover things for yourself and relax at the complex. We will always be on hand if you need anything but will leave you to your own devices.

If you decide to proceed with your purchase you will need to make a further £2,000 payment at the time of signing the contracts and at the same time you will receive a Bonded receipt for all monies paid.

Phase 1 of the village began construction in July 2006 and was fully completed October 2007. The response we have had has been fantastic and the development sold out prior to completion.
