About Us

Wise Move Homes is a British led property developer and construction company working in Altinkum with offices in both the UK and Turkey. We deal with customers in an honest way and prefer our work to speak for itself, come and see for yourself!

Our first project back in 2004 was Diamond Villas, a stunning group of 20 villas touching the sand in the much sought after area of Akbuk, the response we had was amazing.

We then began construction of Phase 1 of the Apollon Holiday Village. Phase 2 soon followed and we are now at the mid-point of Phase 3, with both completed and off-plan apartments available. We work to very high standards and through excellent planning are able to offer our projects at low prices. We also understand the importance of having good facilities on site, this can be seen at Apollon where we offer the best facilities in the area of any development.

Wise Move Homes is a partnership between an award winning British Site Manager who has almost 30 years experience within the home building industry firstly as a bricklayer to eventually being recognised by N.H.B.C. as being in the top 100 out of over 25,000 site managers the two Turkish partners have more than 20 years business experience to benefit the company.

The Company was formed in October 2004 and started its first project in February 2005 with its first customer receiving their house keys in August 2005.

We are the first developer in the Region to gain I.S.O. 9001:2000, a recognition which is an Internationally recognised standard of both business and customer focused systems that are used within the Company.

We put the client first and refuse to work in a pressurised sales environment, we want to facilitate an enjoyable and smooth experience when buying a property with us.
